Sangeeta Parikshak, PhD
Founder & Principal Consultant
Dr. Sangeeta Parikshak is a licensed clinical child psychologist with a passion for helping kids and the grown-ups who care for them thrive. With training from Harvard and Johns Hopkins, experience working in schools and medical centers, and over a decade of national leadership in early childhood mental health at the Federal level, she created Big Feelings, Little Humans to offer compassionate, expert support for families and the systems that serve them.

Shana Ramsook, PhD
Consultant
Dr. Shana Ramsook is a licensed clinical child psychologist specializing in early childhood and perinatal mental health. She has experience in schools, medical centers, and federal programs. Dr. Ramsook earned her PhD from Penn State and completed training at West Virginia University School of Medicine and Children’s National Medical Center. She combines expertise and compassion in her work with young children and families.

We support caregivers navigating the ups and downs of raising children with big emotions, behavioral concerns, or developmental differences. Through individualized coaching and consultation, we help you build effective strategies, deepen your connection with your child, and feel more confident in your parenting.
